POSITION SUMMARY

In this full-time employee role, you’ll support our client’s customers with their technical escalation issues. The Technical Support Representative (TSR) provides remote support to end users; troubleshoots; and interacts with operating systems, hardware and software.

Our client is looking for multiple TSRs with strong technical abilities and who can deliver prompt resolutions, but who also has strong customer service skills to ensure a professional, pleasant interaction.

  • Hourly rates range from $17 – $22 depending on skills and experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effortlessly engage with callers, actively listen, analyze their need, and provide solutions.
  • Comfortably navigate multiple applications to research solutions.
  • Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter and provide actionable tips to resolve problems.
  • Multitask in systems while patiently providing step-by-step instructions.
  • Work in a highly structured environment with strict adherence to your assigned full-time schedule taking high-volume inbound calls from customers.
  • Understand causes behind technical issues addressed by customers and clients.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to monitor, escalate, and assist with customer issues.
  • Collaborate with team members and industry experts to resolve complex problems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation on each account, ticket, etc.
  • Apply customer service and dispute resolution skills, and quickly developing relationships with accounts.
  • Provide support, documents, and make recommendations.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 year of technical support experience
  • 2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer service role
  • HS Diploma required. Associates Degree with 2 years equivalent related experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Ability to speak clearly, be pleasant and exude confidence over the phone. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to keep track of workload, tasks, and timelines
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Postgres experience
  • Jira Service Desk,  ServiceNow, or Salesforce experience
  • Case Management experience
  • SQL knowledge
