ROLE SUMMARY

Our client, a regional (FL, GA, NC, SC, TX, and NY) provider of title and related real estate support services, seeks a Social Media Marketing Manager with experience generating B2B leads, supporting a geographically distributed network of branches / markets (50+), managing brand reputation, and facilitating community engagement via both organic and paid social marketing programs.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define, plan, implement and monitor the social strategy in line with both overall brand and individual branch business objectives to achieve campaign goals, including lead generation, across applicable social platforms.
    • Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
  • Develop and deploy a strategic approach to testing and implementing new social tactics to grow followers and engagement among target audience members, as well as increase volume of marketing qualified leads.
  • Translate the company’s POV and “voice” into a standard for use by all across social media / content platforms and communities.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing leadership to measure, refine and improve the social media lead generation funnel (MQL / SQL).
  • Provide ROI-justified recommendations on paid vs. organic social media opportunities.
  • Collaborate with contracted SEO specialists in order to maximize value of social signals and content in context of organic search results.
  • Own the online brand reputation of the company and its individual branches. Leverage best practices for local pages / directories.
    • Google My Business, Google Maps, Bing Places for Business, Facebook Business Pages, LinkedIn Company Pages, Yelp Business Pages, Apple Maps, Yellow Pages, etc.
  • Continuously analyze performance of social media marketing programs, content and engagement initiatives, optimize campaigns and share best practices across the organization.
  • Assume responsibility for social media marketing employee training and advocacy across the network of 50+ branches / markets.
    • Guide and assist local marketing reps in developing social media / content calendars that integrate with and support broader marketing and overall business objectives.
  • Establish and own the social media marketing tool set and tie-in to the company’s CRM (Salesforce): Hootsuite, Lithium, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years’ experience in social media management for both B2C & B2B (lead generation).
    • Experience with real estate, title or related company / industry player preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience in paid social media management.
  • Deep knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn’s platforms is required.
  • Expertise measuring and optimizing social media outcomes in alignment with business objectives (analytics).
  • Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable and actionable way.
  • Experience training marketing and sales resources on social media marketing best practices.
  • Ability to work independently across branches, departments and disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related from an accredited university.
