POSITION SUMMARY

Our client seeks a Director of Digital Marketing to lead the execution and effectiveness of their home goods brand’s digital marketing activities. In this role you will translate brand marketing and communication strategies into discrete digital marketing actions with a particular focus on all aspects of consumer-facing digital presence.

You will garner consumer insights from Adobe Analytics and our client’s consumer insights and business analysis teams to help inform overall digital strategy including paid, earned, and owned channels. The Digital Marketing Director is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are looking to drive cross-functional collaborations with marketing team members, merchandising and store operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Orchestrate the strategic planning, development and execution of digital marketing and SEO efforts related to the brand’s digital presence
  • Provide insights to help guide strategy for full funnel integrated planning and execution by partnering with the internal marketing team, agency of record and other marketing partners
  • Develop personalization strategy and oversee execution for digital to enhance user experience and drive key business metrics
  • Work with creative team and website content manager to optimize site content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to create landing page experiences and customer journeys to drive improved campaign efficiency
  • Develop consumer conversion strategies and optimize user funnels
  • Design and structure marketing A/B test
  • Work closely with Sr. Manager of Media and Marketing to use key digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, and conversion rates) to assist in optimization of paid media
  • Working with the Marketing Analyst to establish overall measurement methodology for the brand’s full consumer-facing digital presence

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to develop and share insights around key consumer segments, campaigns and other digital touchpoints
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate with, consult with and multiple departments
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps, and integrate across disparate data sources
  • 8+ years of relevant digital marketing, Ecommerce and strategic analytics experience
  • Hands on experience with full funnel marketing tactics and channels
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics & Adobe Target
  • Experience designing, implementing, and measuring A/B test
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey analytical concepts to broad teams
  • A good collaboration who can partner through influence versus giving direct mandate
