Your privacy is important to Digital Talent Recruiters, LLC (“DTR”). This privacy policy (“Policy”) applies to the DTR website (“Website”) specified below. This Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by DTR.
DTR intends for DigitalTalentRecruiters.com to complement the professional recruiting services that the firm provides. This statement, set forth below, is our Policy for the United States and the related DTR Website. DTR adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement.
At DTR, we have focused on implementing fair information practices that are designed to protect your privacy. We believe that everyone benefits from the free flow of information when that information is gathered and used responsibly. Please be aware that the Website may contain links to other websites, which are not governed by this Policy.
Personal Information Collection, Use, Disclosure, Choice.
If you are merely a visitor to the Website, DTR does not collect any personal information about you, except to the limited extent through the use of cookies, which are described below. There are a number of circumstances, however, in which we may collect information:
- Email Alerts / Newsletters. DTR offers to site visitors opportunities to subscribe to email alerts and newsletters, in which we send subscribers free email updates when relevant, requested information is added to the Website. If you decide to subscribe, we will collect basic contact information about you, such as your name and email address. Please note registration is not required for you to use our site.
Individual Choice. DTR gives you choices regarding the collection and usage of your personally identifiable information. If you do not wish to provide your name and email address, simply do not register for email updates or newsletters. If you have registered with DTR but do not wish to receive future e-mails, please use our unsubscribe function found at the bottom of all email communications. If you experience any difficulties, please feel free to contact our Site Administrator.
- Current Gigs Area. In our Current Gigs section, DTR posts open positions and applicants can apply online. Should you decide to apply for a position via our Website, the application and resume you submit will be entered into a DTR database; administered by DTR staff.
Individual Choice. DTR gives you choices regarding the collection and usage of your personally identifiable information. To update any application or resume you have submitted, please apply again via the Current Gigs section, and re-submit your updated information. Due to volume, DTR cannot personally respond to individual requests for applicant status.
- Event / Webcast Registration. DTR facilitates event registration via its own Website or, at times, via third party websites. Personally identifiable information may be asked on event registration forms; the type of information collected will vary. DTR may share registrant information with third parties in association with the event. Examples of “third parties” include sponsors or co-sponsors, promoters, event organizers (including via third party websites), speakers, panelists, etc.
Cookies
The DTR Website and/or any of its governed sections may use cookies. A “Cookie” is technology that allows our site to store tokens of information (an ‘identifier’) in your browser used only by our site while you are on our site. Cookies are not used to determine the personal identity of anyone who is merely visiting DigitalTalentRecruiters.com. They help us track traffic patterns so that we know what areas of our site users like and don’t like. Cookies have other uses as well.
Web Beacons
DTR occasionally advertises on third party websites. As part of our effort to track the success of our advertising campaigns, we may at times use a visitor identification technology such as “web beacons,” or “action tags,” which count visitors who have come to DigitalTalentRecruiters.com after being exposed to an Digital Talent Recruiters, LLC ad on a third party site. We do not use this technology to access your personally identifiable information; it is only used to compile aggregated statistics about visitors who come to ey.com and to gauge the effectiveness of our ads.

DTR has technological and operational security functions in place to protect personally identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. The data you may provide via the Website is shared only with authorized employees and clients of DTR, and on a limited basis, with vendors who supply information management services, and third parties in association with events (see “Event / Webcast Registration” paragraphs above). Access to your information is limited by need, and those who have access to the data have agreed to maintain the confidentiality of such information. In addition, DTR may disclose personally identifiable information as may be required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process.
Testimonials
From time to time, DTR will post client testimonials on our Website which may contain personally identifiable information. We do obtain the client’s consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. If you wish to request that your testimonial be removed you may do so by emailing us at privacy@digitaltalentrecruiters.com.
Public Forums
Our Website offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. To request removal of your personal information from our blog or community forum, contact us at privacy@digitaltalentrecruiters.com. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.
Social Media Features
Our Website includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Website. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
