As a key member of the Enterprise Architecture organization, the Principal Enterprise Architect will support the design and development of enterprise technology solutions and strategies to drive our client’s digital transformation and innovation.
The Principal Enterprise Architect will be accountable for architecting end-to-end solution experiences of our guests across all business domains such as eCommerce, marketing, gaming, hotel, F&B, retail, and entertainment and customer experience channels including mobile and web applications, POS, marketing (email, push, SMS), third party platform integrations, SaaS and COTS, and kiosks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a group of architects to develop end-to-end architecture and strategies.
- Provide domain expertise to the engineering organization to develop new capabilities that will help improve our guest experience.
- Collaborate with various business and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop solutions and strategies.
- Define enterprise architecture standards and guidelines for product domains.
- Participate in industry conferences and consortia to lead and influence innovation in the casino and hospitality domain.
- Mentor other architects to drive continuous maturation of the enterprise architect practice.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Four (4) years enterprise architect experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent education and work experience.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or casino industries.
- Strong industry track record driving architecture definition of enterprise wide technology solutions.
- Strong track record of being able to influence large enterprises or engaged in a startup culture.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- TOGAF or Safe architect certification.
- Understanding of event driven, reactive, and microservice architectures and best practices for delivering highly resilient solutions.
- Understanding of privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, CPPA, APPI, PCI along with general understanding of PII.
- CISP certification is a plus.
- Azure or AWS cloud architect certification.
- Enterprise digital transformation experience.
