POSITION SUMMARY
Directs all marketing and merchandising for 3rd Party (3P) eCommerce partners. Create the vision for the North American (US & Canada) 3P eCommerce Channel outlining a growth agenda to take market share in this rapidly growing channel. You will report directly to the Vice President & General Manager, Retail, and 3rd Party eCommerce Channels. You will also develop strong & strategic relationships with Merchandising leaders and Pure Play eCommerce partners (Amazon, Wayfair) as well as Marketing/ Retail Media leaders at key partners such as FEI, Wayfair, Amazon, Home Depot & Lowe’s.

Specific Responsibilities
- Lead a team of eCommerce marketing professionals to deliver a world class online experience to 3P eCommerce customers and the end consumer. Establish and achieve KPIs/OKRs to track value delivery include 3P eCommerce sales.

- Deliver top and bottom-line financial plan commitments for Amazon and Wayfair
- Develop playbook for launch and optimize 3P eCommerce performance in North America, partnering with the Global COE for best practice sharing
- Manage merchandising content optimization and web analytics to drive growth and customer satisfaction
- Drive merchandising operations improvements to streamline syndication process and increase speed to market
- Develop, execute, and continually optimize marketing initiatives with 3P eCommerce partners including new item launches, ongoing promotional activities, and traffic driving investments. Accountable to ensure test and learn methodology, partnering with Performance Marketing COE.
- Accountable for all eControl strategy and execution
- Accountable for Authorized eTailer program
- Actively participate in seminars, professional organization meetings, etc. to stay abreast of new marketing concepts and developments
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree with a record of high achievement. MBA or Masters Degree in related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in E-Commerce/marketing
- At least 5 years direct experience in digital marketing, including but not limited to Retail Media Networks
- Ability to thrive in a matrix organization
- Demonstrated team management, communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated history of success in high accountability, results oriented organization and the business perspective and acumen to continue to advance
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- eCommerce or Digital Marketing experience with a branded manufacturer
- Experience with eControl, Brand Protection strategies & enforcement
