POSITION SUMMARY
Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Director for streaming, reporting into the VP of creative services. The candidate will oversee a team of producers as they create and manage all marketing productions for promotional assets from concept to delivery. He/she will ensure that we build world class campaigns for our brand, licensed and original titles, while we stay on time and on budget with large volume of projects in a high-speed, high-performance environment.
The right candidate will blend insights and data with storytelling and entertainment to push the boundaries of marketing. You will dive into the content, extract the story hooks, and create whole new ways to engage our audience, all in the pursuit of creating incredible experiences for our viewers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise a creative team in the conceptualization and production of impactful promotional and marketing materials, to support all platform and media needs.
- Brief vendors, build proper workflows, manage deliverables, while providing notes and feedback throughout the creative review process
- Demonstrate the ability to understand the market, competitive landscape, and business needs to find integrated creative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to bridge strategies and maximize assets for marketing campaigns
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adjust to last-minute requests or revisions with ease
- Build a strong network of vendors around the region to support the large volume of assets, with an agile response to high demands.
- Manage the operational start to end process, from timelines and budgeting to contingency plans during production through delivery. Forecast special needs for specific requests and plan out timelines.
- Analyze research and insights to adjust creative based on performance and quantitative data
- Candidate must be able to present concepts and pitch strategic ideas in a cohesive manner, while adhering the requirements of brand-specific creative briefs.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure campaigns/productions meet billing and invoicing requirements
- Interface directly with Legal to develop and maintain contract specifics and mutually acceptable client/talent agreements
REQUIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
- Five to eight years minimum experience as a Creative leader, preferably at an entertainment brand, advertising or media agency , managing a team or equivalent
- Strong background and ample experience on Creative Direction, Production, Post-production, and the ability to oversee a production shoot, from talent to technical crew
- Excellent communication (verbal & writing), and presenting skills are a must
- Outstanding organizational skills, great attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to multi-task and handle demanding workload to consistently meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Adobe creative suite, design and post-production software
- Up to date with current trends and pop culture
- Advanced decision-making skills with proven ability to drive direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience developing creative for entertainment a major plus
- Four-year College degree a plus
- Demo reel and AV samples a must
